3. Eligible Transaction(s):
   During the Promotional Period, and subject to the Excluded Transactions below, customers who made a purchase on any selected items from Stanley, which excludes but is not limited to The Quencher 30oz, The Quencher 40oz and selected Stanley accessories, in one single transaction can receive “a mini Stanley bag charm” (“Gift”).
   
   If the gift has been shipped and the items in your order that meet the requirements are returned and refunded, you need to send the item and gift back together.
4. Excluded Transactions: This Promotion is not applicable to purchases of selected brands (as selected by Lane Crawford at its sole discretion), and/or purchase of Lane Crawford gift card(s).

   1. During the Promotional period, each Eligible Customer can only receive one Gift for each Eligible Transaction.
   2. The Gifts are non-exchangeable or non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   4. The Gifts are provided by third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lane Crawford, its directors, officers, and staff are under no legal liability should any customer have claims whatsoever in connection with the Gifts.
